Do we have a date that COW 3- Porter will have service and not just Starting August 2021? I have box on house and was told by worker just waiting on line?

It looks like they quietly updated the "starting installs" date to October now for COW-3. This has been so frustrating. I've been patient for over a year, but it has cost us a lot of money to keep a more expensive service while being told the fiber installs are just around the corner. Very disappointed.
