We live in GRE2 4-13 zone. We had guys come spray and place an orange flag to dig the lines I imagine. That has been a couple of weeks ago but they haven't come back. Should I be concerned or is it just taking longer?

Matt, no need to be concerned. We have your address issued to an underground contractor. We have had lots of rain, and the ground is wet. Once we see the ground start to dry out, we will be back at your location to complete your service drop.
