Shannon Hall, You need to use the website register.lrecok.net and here your will see a place to enter your address. This will search your address and let you know if you are in one of the 10 expansion zones. If the website says you are not in a current expansion zone, we still need you to sign up as a backer. We will look at adjusting our expansion zones if we have enough backers in another area. Thank you.
