I don't understand if I'm in the area or not. If I go to the main site where it lists the service map (http://lrecok2.nextmeta.com/content.cfm?id=2016), I'm well within the area. If I type in my address, it says I'm not. I HATE my current (and only option for internet at this time) and would be willing to pay their $400 early termination fee if I could have better service!
