The map shows COW 3 - Porter in Phase II, but underneath, it says "Phase II Coming Soon." Can you please tell me which one is correct? TAKE MY MONEY!!

Rusty, thank you for your interest in our new fiber network! We are in the beginning stages of PHASE II - FTTH construction, and YES, - COW 3 - Porter area is included in this build-out. No need to pay a deposit, just make sure your address and name on our list via this website. As of now, our goal is to have Phase II built and connecting customers toward the end of this year.
