So who does my neighborhood talk to about getting a refund on their deposit? We were told information that was completely different than what we are being told now. I encouraged a lot of people to register in hopes that it would come to our neighborhood but now it doesn’t sound realistic at all. Nobody wants to pay for something they “might” get years in the future. Please let me know so I can relay the message to them.
