Lake Region Technology & Communications
The Briggs & Welling area (east side of Illinois River) did not make the cut for Phase II construction. I am sorry. Hopefully, if all goes as planned and we will roll right into Phase III of our construction plan and Briggs and Welling are currently in Phase III being 2 years out.
