They have run cable to the back of my house and another technician has been out since to, I believe, test the line from the pole to the house. Will the scheduling department be contacting me soon? Also I have a lot of questions on the TV service. Is there someone specific I can call for answers?

Chuck Spessard, YES! Once we get verification that your line test and has a good light reading. Somebody from our fiber dept. Scheduling will give you a call to set-up appointment. They will be thrilled to go over our TV services with you at this time.
