Nick Davis, we have already started fiber construction in the Sleepy Hollow Zone. Our target goal is to have most of this zone complete and drops build to all LREC members who registered by Spring 2019. There are a few additions (served by TPWA) we are viewing the cost and feasibility to expand inside Sleepy Hollow Zone. Please endure with us while we review our cost and options.
