James, we still need more backers to sign up in Whitehorn Zone in Wagoner before we can release this zone to the construction crews. I understand this is not the news you want to hear. We have to make sure the area is financially feasible; there is only so much risk we can tolerate. Please help encourage more of your wagoner neighbors to pre-register and help bring the services to Whitehorn.
