I am curious as to how the "light signals" work on the fiber setup. I've had my lines ran and box set up for over 2 months and have been told the "light signal" at my residence isn't strong enough yet for installation. Whereas, my neighbors just across from me only had their box and lines set up for maybe a few weeks and they have had their internet installed. I am just curious as to how their light signal is good enough, yet mine still isn't.
