Just got our new service, and I’m thrilled! One question though: we ordered the 100 Mb option, but right now we’re topping out at about 41 Mb. Should I be concerned?

Janine McKinley, We will have a tech login to your equipment (ONU) and check which speed we have your account settings on. You should get the speed package you are paying for. If you are having still having speed issues please call us directly at 918-772-2526 and we can troubleshoot over the phone.
